Rest Unto The Land solves a puzzle that has existed since the Bible was written: “What are all those ‘begots’ and references to years all about?” No one seems to understand how they all fit together. The Bible starts with the creation of Adam, and then it says at 130 years of age he begot Seth, who at 105 years begot Enos, who begot some more people. The Bible starts as if it were chronicling the entire human family from beginning to end. But when it gets to Noah and Abraham, the lineage abruptly ends. The easy to follow genealogy of humanity stops. All of that happens in the Book of Genesis, the Bible’s first book. Then later in Revelation, the last book of the Bible, the timeline picks up again with the Millennium and a thousand years of peace. An explanation of the fuzzy middle part seems to be missing. How does the beginning and the ending connect together? How many years elapsed between the Adam’s creation and the end of the age at the Millennium? No one has been able to answer these questions until the publication of the book Rest Unto The Land.
This book connects the past and the future without any fuzzy areas. The book starts with some well-known and simple Biblical principles. Then it quickly adds the years stated in the Bible from the beginning to the end. For the serious Bible student Rest Unto The Land becomes a reference source. The charts and dates become indispensable in reading the Bible. Milestones in human history are plainly laid bare. The timeline in the Bible finally makes sense.
